Your gameplay progress stays on your device. Trajecto for Android has no player accounts, cloud saves, or public leaderboards. Android version 1.2 introduces Google AdMob advertising and an optional permanent Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Version 1.1 does not include those features.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers the Android app Trajecto, package trajecto.rhynockgames.com, published by Rhynock Games in Missouri, United States, and related support. Contact RhynockGames@gmail.com for privacy questions. Our website and iPhone privacy policy describes those separate services.

2. Information on your device

The app stores scores, flight counts, game progress, unlocked trails, recent Daily records, settings, tutorial completion, and unfinished-flight checkpoints locally. Recent Daily records are limited to 31 dates. Version 1.2 also keeps a short list of recent completed-run identifiers, an ad-cadence counter, consent choices, and a signed Google Play purchase record so a verified Remove Ads purchase can remain recognized offline. We do not upload gameplay records to a Rhynock Games server.

3. Ads and privacy choices

In version 1.2, an available Google AdMob interstitial may appear after every third completed Flow or Daily match. Ads do not interrupt active gameplay. Practice and abandoned matches do not count. Ad availability depends on connectivity, consent, and Google approval.

Google's advertising SDK may send IP addresses, device and account-related identifiers (including advertising ID and app set ID), ad and app interaction information, and performance diagnostics to Google and its advertising partners. An IP address can indicate approximate location. These data support ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The app does not request precise-location permission.

We request non-personalized ads and disable the SDK's publisher first-party ID feature. Non-personalized ads can still use identifiers and other data for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Where required, Google's consent message offers choices before ad requests. Use Settings → Ad privacy choices when available to review or change your choices, including applicable opt-out options. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID.

After a verified Remove Ads purchase, the app stops future ad requests and clears any loaded interstitial. This does not erase information already processed by advertising providers. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services.

4. Google Play purchases

Google Play handles the optional one-time Remove Ads payment. The store displays your local price before purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app receives product, purchase-state, purchase-token, signature, and transaction information from Play to verify, acknowledge, and restore the entitlement. Pending payments do not unlock it. Use Restore Purchases with the Google account used to buy it. Google independently processes payment and account information under its policies and may retain transaction records. Refunds or revoked purchases can remove the entitlement when the app next checks Play.

5. Support and service providers

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use these to respond, troubleshoot, and handle privacy requests. Sending email is optional. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Google provides Android app distribution, billing, consent management, and advertising services; email providers handle correspondence. Visiting our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting as described in the website policy.

We do not sell your game saves or support correspondence. Advertising data uses can be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some laws; use the privacy choices above where applicable. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights or safety, resolve disputes, or carry out a business transfer.

6. Retention, deletion, and restoration

Local information remains until replaced or cleared. Clear Trajecto's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its local data. This can permanently remove progress, and we cannot remotely recover it. Clearing data or uninstalling does not cancel, refund, or erase a Google Play purchase; restore the purchase after reinstalling with the same Google account. Provider retention and deletion controls apply to Google-held advertising and transaction data.

Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence. We retain correspondence as needed to address your request, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations; provider backups or legally required records may persist. We may need limited information to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.

7. Rights, security, and changes

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, complain to a regulator, or appeal a decision. Contact us using the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Where required, processing relies on providing requested services, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, or legal obligations.

Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected data in transit using TLS. No system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their applicable safeguards. The Android game is intended for ages 13 and above. We do not request a date of birth or create player profiles; contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information in a support message.

We will update this policy when app features or data practices change and show the new effective date, with additional notice where required.
